*Monitoring and Controlling the master baseline schedule in P6

*Performing weekly updates on the baseline

*Generating weekly S-Curve to present in the weekly progress meetings to the client

*Assisting the project manager to calculate the required manpower for the coming month in conjunction with the planned manpower as per the master baseline

*Variance analysis to show any delay from other parties

*Generating planned vs actual values to the higher management to measure the performance of the project

*Calculating SPI & CPI so as to analyse where we are right now; are we over budget or under budget; are ahead of the schedule or behind the schedule

*To monitor and control the engineering submissions and to implement a robust system for the document flow between the document controllers during the entire project execution so as to maintain integrity

*To design recovery plan to mitigate from the delay if any

*Generating lookaheads from the baseline.
