Marketing and Business Strategy Manager

  • Responsibility for all business proposals developed by Advantra.  Management of 20 Engagement (Proposal) Managers, analysing some 300 opportunities per year, and determining which would be pursued. 
  • Managing the development of standard product and services offerings.  Developing the plans for transitioning in customers, transforming their desktop and / or network environment, and then handing over to Operations to manage the environment to agreed Service Levels. 
  • Personally bid, negotiated and signed the Group 5 and Tango IT outsourcing contracts for more than 50,000 desktops.
  • Having a loss rate of only 1 in 8 of the opportunities pursued, and signing $250M per annum of new business.
  • Growing the company from $60M per annum to over $600M per annum turnover.
