- Loading of Resources and Preparation of Man Power Histogram
- Cost Loading
- Regular updating and monitoring of programmes/ generating of weekly look ahead programme
- Preparing weekly reports and maintaining updated Material Procurement Schedule
- Preparing Planned Vs Actual reports and notifying the delays.
- Producing necessary reports including Histograms, S-Curves utilizing both Primavera and MS-Excel.
Coordinate with the site engineers and sub contractors to properly implement the work with quality and within the timeframe of the schedule
