· Promote B2B conferences / trainings in APAC, Middle East or Africa Region
· Initiate lead research for delegate acquisition and manage database to build up branding and customer loyalty
· Proactively contribute to the overall effectiveness of event marketing campaign
· Strategise and coordinate traditional and online marketing activities to promote business events
· Plan, organise and implement all Corporate and Marketing Communications activities including public relation, media relations, advertising, corporate partnerships, association endorsement, etc.
· Manage copywriting work including press release, articles, collaterals, etc.
· Employ a variety of communications tactics to support sales team and corporate development
· Communicate through the phone with senior level executives in MNCs and Global Fortune 500 Companies
· Market research and analysis in day-to-day basis using practical approaches (e.g. internet, news, etc.)
· Liaise with event venues to co-ordinate logistical requirements
· Carry out necessary pre-event preparations
· Coordination between speakers, delegates and venues. Negotiation of budgets
· Forward Contract for invoicing and liaise with the account department with regards to client’s payment
· Compile all presentations by the deadline for printings and CD Duplication
· Organise actual events on site primarily in Asia Pacific and Middle East, Africa regions
· Perform follow-up actions after the completion of each event
· Complete all assigned ad-hoc projects diligently
