 Utilised motivational leadership style to effectively lead, manage and engage a team of 11 planners and directed Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (epCc) integrated schedule for BEP Project, including all aspects of cost and resource, with a project value of £450M+, a critical UK Risk Reduction project.  In the design stage of the project the spends and BCWP each period was about 8 to 9 million, with a forecasting accuracy of +/- 10% achieved each period.  Expedited all quality KPI aspects of schedule and achieved pass on DCMA 14-point check, on 10,000 line schedule.  Recognised for forecasting accuracy of +/-10% each period on BCWP/EAC KPI, yielding flawless operations.  Devised highly effective schedule delivery strategy and BOS, identified areas of improvement for quality and output, analysed Spend Profiles, and demonstrated in-depth comprehension of critical and subcritical paths.  Part of the constructability & accountability review board.  Supported in the development of the Risk Schedule & Risk process  Drove schedule risk reduction through analysis and recommendations on critical and subcritical paths, including analysis on resource clash and efficiently mitigated risk.  Primary contact for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (epCc) and drove delivery of all critical systems and work streams, including daily collaboration with client.  Effectively managed all aspects of change control process input for schedule (NEC 3).  Collaborated closely with PM and provided status updates regarding risk reduction through float erosion.  Generated comprehensive monthly management reports detailing Earned Value data and Earned Value Analysis.
