ü  Develops and maintain the Project Master Schedule, Implement progress monitoring and measurement methodology,Construction of Strategic planning and Economic Analysis;

ü  Critical path analysisand sub-critical, proposals for remedial action; Analysis of interface with other projects, monthly reporting, forecasting and closing progress, S curves;

ü  Analysis of theprogress schedule, Comments of schedule’s documents; physical progress; identify potential delays their impact, EarnedValue Management (EVM),  Optimization of resources, Timing of hardware resources

ü  Monitor delivery dates of equipment & materials with regards to required on site dates; Analyse adequacy of resources for engineering and construction

ü  Construction of astandard schedule launch secondary; Develop and update dashboards, Variance Analysis, Forecasting closing; Organizing and conducting meetings, writing minutes of meetings;
