Responsibilities:

Establishment of Planning department, proposing new polices and standards & Overall supervision of planning department. Scheduling level1 to level4 and developing the WBS using Primvera-6.Working and developing resource planning. Budgeting and Invoicing of one of biggest EPC project (for civil & electro mechanical works) of my company (approx.1.3 billion us$) and working on the forecast budget plans. Making Overall project monthly Progress reports for consortium [SSEM-RTCC-HAK]. Making Engineering and design management reports. Making and presenting weekly, biweekly & monthly site construction management meeting reports to client. Review contractor planning preparation, progress monitoring and schedules. Prepare and present the schedule updates, provide status information for the project and explain the schedule variance from the baseline. Working on LOD (List of deliverables) & proposing change and carry out Progress analysis. Accomplish project Progress S-curve analysis from individual phase to overall project. Making and monitoring 3 week & 3 month Look ahead schedules. Monitoring Actual Vs Planned construction progress and making forecast plans. Presentations with client on scheduling ( held in Austria )
