Main Achievements

·        Studied construction process of strip mall while assisting Professor on his research by developing schedules using Primavera (P6) and MS Project and to identify pros and cons of using both software’s on construction projects.

·        Monitored and updated construction activities for the strip mall by tracking daily and weekly progress.

·        Assist professor in studying effects of compressing and crashing project schedule on overall project cost.

·        Performed time-cost trade-off for normal and crashed project schedule.

·        Study Pros and Cons of using Primavera (P6) and MS Project for construction projects.

·        Solve weekly assignments of undergraduate students and grade the same in accordance with university standards.
