  • Experienced management professional, PMP® certified, I've been working in Project Management consulting in several Portuguese companies from banking, technological and services sectors, partnering with organisations to help them achieve their full business potential and delivering projects on-time, on-budget and on-scope and aligned with their core strategy.

    Among services provided, it is included PMO design and setting up, development of governance models, adoption and promotion of Project Management methodologies (PMI aligned mostly), project monitoring and control applying Earned Value Management (EVM), OPM3 assessments, implementation and customisation of PPM tools (Project Server, Sharepoint based) and Project Management advisory and coaching.

    I've also been a Project Management trainer with extensive experience in Project Management Fundamentals, PMP preparation and MS Project (2007 and 2010 versions) training courses, preparing the next generation of Portuguese Project Managers.
