·         Developed and maintained JV Onshore projects reporting procedure, progress measurement procedure and WBS

·         Consolidate and prepare all JV onshore projects reports (Project weekly, DMD’s District weekly report, monthly, fait saillants (SMR’s), NAPIMS monthly, Half yearly Fitche Report, Annual reports and close out) for timely distribution to all stakeholders

·         Prepare monthly progress s-curves, develop manpower histograms and analyze trends for project activities.

·         Develop integrated planning for JV Onshore projects on a monthly basis (Excel)

·         Developed Insurance dossier for insurance claims after a major flooding event at the Obagi flow station

·         Conduct risk identification interviews and participated in risk assessment to rank risks, document response strategies and estimate projects completion dates

·         Prepare management presentations for delivering up to date project progress information to stakeholders (NAPIMS, NCDMB, DPR)

·         Liaising with Project staff responsible for Venture Management and the relationship with NAPIMS and NCDMB to ensure relevant external reporting is issued in a timely manner and as directed by the management
