My previous job in WPI starts with property acquisition as I take a lead role in the evaluation of prospective properties for future projects. Upon acquisition, my team of 5 young and dynamic professionals will carry out the project development planning. I was in-charge of over-seeing all activities from conceptualization to project initiation, who is responsible for Site Development & House Design Schemes, Project Cost Estimation, Planning & Scheduling, Value Engineering, Cost Control & Monitoring. I also serve as a design and budgeting consultant for housing modifications where I attend to homeowners' and prospect buyers' queries for additional home features. At times, I also act as technical consultant to our agents, brokers, and to my colleagues.
