Role: General Contractor (participation: bidding/construction – closeout)
Fully responsible assisted for Project manager in the Project and lead technical Office team which is consist of (planning, QS, Contract Engineer). Held accountability for contract administration, Update scope, time and cost plans, flow the budgets, cash flows, design process, procurement of contracts,, and permits process on all assigned project. 
The project consist of three gravity network line, pump station (2 main, 1sub), three injection line (800,600,400mm),crossing, Micro tunnel waste water treatment plant ($ 22 M USED)
