·         Responsible for preparing all documents relating progress measurement and monitoring.

·         Analyze drawings, specifications and SOW for preparation of activity networks for project planning and scheduling.

·         Preparation and implementation of three month and four week look ahead plan

·         Updating four week look ahead plan on a regular basis for project management reporting.

·         Coordinate with Resource Coordinator for manpower & equipment requirements and overall coordination to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

·         Prepare status reports and maintains the issue register and lesson learnt register.

·         Preparation of baseline program master schedule base on project requirements and perform critical path analysis

·         Leveling of required resources (man & machines) based on geographical requirements of project to complete the job within planned duration and budget;

·         Prepare & implement progress monitoring system

·         Progress variance analysis (Baseline, current and mitigation).

·         Maintains liaison with the project and field personnel for schedule revisions and updates

·         To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule and preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.

·         Updating baseline program master schedule base on regular basis in order to know the health of project for management review and further action.

·         Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on time.

·         To monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority.

·         To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company’s Procedures and Procurement department activities.
