Job Description:

  • Adequate knowledge in business correspondence, document control, report preparation among other administrative support function.
  • A good knowledge on civil, electrical and mechanical as well as general engineering terminologies.
  • In-charge of registration of the company to the prospective client in Saudi Arabia thru online like Saudi Aramco (Electronic Contracting Network) and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
  • Preparation of contractor registration in Marafiq, Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO), Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) and Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY).
  • Responsibilities include assisting in the project submittals preparations, proposed project schedules and other technical aspects of bid according to Saudi Aramco/Client Requirements.
  • Do a lot of research work on prospective marketable products and develop all marketing strategies and tactics related to all products and services available on the market as “revenue generating prospects” for the office.
  • Coordinating with the subcontractor and company partners of the company.
  • Thorough knowledge in operation of various office equipment such as facsimile machine, scanner, photocopier, typewriter, etc.
  • Formulate control and register of all internal and external documents, memos and other work related written communications.
  • Creation of Database software for contact information of company and in charge of updating their current system.
  • Maintenance of current updates of Company Website and hands-on knowledge in formatting PC, software and hardware installations, computer network set-up and computer troubleshooting.
