Employed to develop systems & procedures to manage & report Earned Value indices, costs & EACs across the AXIOM Design Services Alliance (DSA – to Sellafield) portfolio (£70m per annum). This includes: -

·       Development of guidelines & templates on how local & portfolio reporting is to be undertaken.

·       Control / development & policing of the project reporting system.

·       Development of a suite of procedures to manage the new reporting systems.

·       Development of a Primavera database (CITRIX access to the 4 JV partners within the DSA).

·       Development of a suite of procedures to control consistency within the Primavera Database.

·       Development & presentation of planning forums & Earned value guidance across the DSA & to the client.

·       Chairing project reporting meetings, challenging project managers & placing corrective actions.

·       Development of SQEPping systems to align to client & amalgamate JV partner requirements.

Develop future strategy & potential improvement initiatives, both within the AXIOM JV & with the client.
