·      Develop Work Breakdown Structures and robust performance baselines, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations for clients

·      Participating in the preparation of cost studies, utilizing historical data, and statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons for benchmarking purposes

·      Detail analysis, review and reporting of contractor schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring the schedule follows client programme controls procedures- baseline management systems (scope of work, the bases of schedule, the basis of estimate and correct project information are well represented)

·      Undertake detailed review and reporting on contractor cost estimates for client decision making process

·      Analysis of gaps between planned and actual progress and highlighting areas of concern which require action using Deltek Acumen Fuse

·      Evaluation of resource allocations and provide recommendations to maintain required progress

·      Reporting performance measurements by the application of Earned Value Analysis parameters; ensuring project scope management and change control procedures are followed

·      Track, monitor, forecast and report progress of all activities including critical path activities, milestones and deliverables against the baseline ensuring schedule quality is maintained

·      Critical analysis of schedule risk, ensuring risk and contingency activities are incorporated into the schedule and monitored to mitigate delays and cost overruns

·      Regular review of schedule assumptions and exclusions and reporting changes to ensure actions are taken to render the schedule compliant and current at all times

·      Regular meetings with project and client teams for deliberations on new works and updates on works in motion.

·      Assist in the preparation of ongoing project reviews and provide advice on corrective actions

·      Assist in the preparation of Business Case, Critical review and analysis of International Oil and Gas projects

·      Understand and apply responsibilities with regard to the company’s environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality standards
