Lead Planner for Crewe to Glasgow Project Group with two direct reports.  Responsible for overseeing the preparation of Level 3 Critical Path Networks and Bar Charts integrating separate multi-disciplinary railway design and construction programmes, preparation of Earned Value analysis and updating of Network Rail reporting systems (PMCS and PCS).

Ensuring co-ordination of Design and Construction contractors’ programmes to achieve project milestones, especially on Ditton Double Junction Remodelling (replacement of two running junctions including all track, overhead line and signalling equipment), Euxton Junction Remodelling (replacement of an existing single junction with a new double junction) and S&C Renewals (replacement of 60 point ends in various schemes throughout West Coast North).
