• Captured and updated contractual programme progress using P6
• Monitored schedule progress and earned value progress against baseline plans
• Prepared and Proposed Corrective action to ensure that Contractual dates are met
• Prepared and distributed weekly and monthly report according to project WBS such as Procurement, Construction, Method Statements, and Drawings etc.
• Managed Change management (time and cost impact) based on received revised Drawings
• Re-sequenced delayed activities and  analysis mitigation solution and prepare narratives 
• Prepared Project S-curves
• Time Location representing Progress update
• Prepared Claims programme using various analytical tools (Impact on Planned vs AS Built vs remaining works)
• Report writing and determining of the quantum (required allowable time) of delays
• Managed and Identified Stakeholder involvement and accessed their impact to the Project

• Completed first 10km pipe installation
• Completed first 10km pipe Accessories installation e.g. Air Valves, Pump Shafts etc.
• Completed 7 River Crossing
