1. Creating the Tender Programme base on the planning requirement & procedures of tender, including Manpower, Manhours tabulation, S-Curve, Procedures, etc. 2. Develop the Planning Package of project awarded which includes Planning Procedure, Detail Schedule Programme using Primavera 6.7 loaded with resources, cost, CPM, & generating S-Curves, Manpower & Manhours Histogram, Progress Measurement format and Reporting formats according to procedures & standards. 3. Tracking & Monitoring of project using agreed Progress Measurement format & manpower/hours tracking & preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports and also project presentation for management and client when needed. 4. Attending/chairing production meetings, planning workshops, sub-con meetings, management meetingswith either sub-con, project management team & client discussing on yard production, co-ordination, issues of projects, mitigations, & outstandings activities. 5. Highlighting and prepare mitigation plan, contractual issues, project delays, schedule analysis, critical activities of project and reporting them to management and clients. And time impact reports base on Critical Path Method for EOTs & revised program when needed. 6. Guiding, tutoring & supervising Assistance Planners on tracking, monitoring, updating, data analysis & reporting of projects in charged.
