Master Scheduler

• Responsible for the management of the OTP (Online Transformation Program) master schedule with specific emphasis on the detailed design plans.
• Responsible for liaising with the Project Teams and carrying out weekly updates to the project schedules ensuring accurate information is used to populate the schedules.
• Responsible for the management of the critical path and identification of issues impacting the delivery of the program.
• Provide guidance and governance with regard to future planning and the quality of the schedule inputs.
• Provide guidance and support to all members of the organisation with regard to scheduling activities.
• Ensure a consistent approach with regard to scheduling practices and standards across multiple project teams.
• Responsible for analysis and reporting of schedule data including variances against baselines, resourcing constraints etc to all levels of the organisation.
• Responsible for the translation of project data to be used to populate the program status report for use by Senior Management.
• As part of the PMO, responsible for taking an active role in PMO coordination and general administrative support to all area of the organisation.
