·         Prepare and update two weeks/one month look-ahead schedule as per the project’s requirement and highlight potential delays to optimize resources at hand.

·         Evaluate Subcontractor’s claims against the actual progress and overall invoice claims by the company.

 

·         Review the tag number application and Spare Parts Interchangeability Record.

 

·         Prepare the Asset Capitalization Schedule for the closeout report.

 

·         Prepare and file monthly progress invoices for all ongoing projects.
