  • Employed as Senior Planning Engineer in 2008 and moved into the Lead Planner Role in 2012.
  • Providing planning support as part of the project management team applying all core competencies for installation of:
    • o UK National Grid substation infrastructure switchgear, transformers, HV cables and protection equipment.
    • o Offshore and onshore wind farm substation renewable energy switchgear and auxiliary equipment installation.
  • Organizing structured progress updates on site and office based to produce accurate forecast outputs for all discipline work packages.
  • Adhering to reporting timeframes for individual contractual and client auditing requirements.
  • Lead Planner accomplishments within the Siemens functional planning team include:
    • o Coordination of staff for multi discipline planning inputs to overall contact programmes.
    • o Migration of STDL resourced projects into the Siemens P6 Global Resource Management tool.
    • o Established monthly project submissions and controls into a newly installed National Grid Primavera P6 system along with ongoing Maxivera project acceptance procedures.
    • o Implemented into STDL National Grid best practice project controls processes from all relevant Transmission Procedures.
    • o Mentoring and training new and junior staff.
