Instrumental in the development of strategic integrated change management programme led by the Programme Director (PMO); demonstrated how identified change management initiatives will be implemented over a period to improve the service delivery efficiency through multi-skilling, attaining cost efficiency and as a result, desired future savings achieved by RTA
· Developed and maintained the change management implementation programme; resource loaded baseline schedule using Primavera (P6, V7) programming tools, periodically updated the programme and generated various project control curves and histograms
· Collaborated with Programme Director to identify the project risks and risk owners associated with Change Management Programme; quantified the identified risks and mitigated measures and managed the risks register
· Implemented a cost-effective project management reporting system; monitored and controlled each of the change initiative projects within allocated time and budget – produced periodic executive reports for upper management
· Assisted Programme Director in producing project control reports; included variation reports on time and cost – Operational and Financial Reviews (OFR) and, corrective action plans
· Developed status reporting and forecasted actual versus scheduled progress on change management programme; identified areas of concern, analyzing delays and potential impacts to proposed schedule allowing corrective measures in place in appropriate time.
· Participated in developing Operation Readiness ‘Revenue Go Live Plan’ for remaining Dubai Metro Stations; Redline Energy Station opened on 30-09-13 followed by last 2 Green Line Stations (JADAF and CREEK) on 1st Mar 2014
· During this work period, I stepped in to lead the planning and programme development for several new rail contracts won by Serco, developed three (3) detailed rail mobilisation and operational readiness programme in P6 within short times for respective contracts.

· Supported Serco Middle East Transport Division to develop Project Management Plan (PMP) and delivery methodology – detailed bid programme for various bids across GCC as a result; Serco won following four (4) major Rail Transport Contracts in 2013 and 2014 expanding their footprint outside the UAE becoming the key leader in Rail O&M within the GCC (as below)
