Prepare master schedule, update schedule on regular interval, setup project control processes, develop budgets and design management reports.  Perform delay analysis and substantiation for projects in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Prepared, reviewed and defended claims totaling over 13 million dollars.  Prepare civil,mechanical, electrical, and plumbing estimates.  Develop historical cost database for cost analysis and estimation on future projects. Train and mentor junior planners including giving presentations and demonstrations in planning concepts and utilization of various planning and scheduling software systems.
