Overall Planning, Monitoring and EPC Coordination forReliance Petro Marketing Retail Outlets at various locations in Orissa

Responsibilities

• Prepared and implemented Execution Methodology of both the Projects which includes Site Survey, Obtaining Right of Way(ROW) Permissions for OFC Laying, MoRTH Permissions for Retail Outlets etc., Land Acquisitions and Coordination with ROW coordinators for resolving ROW related issues during Execution
• Involved in  coordination of preconstruction activities viz., receipt of EPC requisition, Site Survey, Receipt of IFC drawings, and release for Construction
• Regular follow up with Liasioning Coordinators for obtaining statutory approvals like CCOE Approvals, NHAI/MoRTH Approvals etc.,
• Preparation of Schedules in MS Project and regular  updation in consultation with EPC Team
• Preparation of Progress Reports (Daily and Weekly) which includes Plan Vs Progress, Critical issues, Shortfall Analysis, Manpower RAG Analysis
• Participated in regular review meetings with contractors and Apex Management Team
• Close follow up with Vendors for expediting the equipment and furniture deliveries and installation intimation by giving callouts well in advance.
• Database Management for construction activities of multiple sites using “MS Access”
