Review Contractors P6 Detailed Construction Schedule and ensure that work/activity completions are accordance with the Contractual Milestones and update in-house Level 2 & 3 P6 Schedules accordingly.  Prepare miscellaneous reports and detailed P6 schedules required by Client/ Management/Construction Supervisors.  Conduct Weekly Project Controls Coordination Meeting and attend Weekly Construction meeting with the Contractor.  Liaise between Contractors on interfacing issues.  Highlight to management all key concerns issues as and when they arise and any conceivable future concerns or constraints and advise/discuss mitigation plans.  Convey to construction Superintendents/Supervisor detailed construction schedule/forecast for their necessary actions and implementation to ensure progress is achieved as per plan.  Ensure availability of drawings and materials by coordinating with Engineering & Warehouse for free issue materials to contractors accordingly.
