Responsible and accountable for providing management and leadership and training to personnel to build a team to effectively carry out the functions as such: Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Progress Reporting, Cost Control (establish detailed budgets, establish control mechanisms to minimize project execution costs and providing early warning and formulate recommendations to mitigate adverse situations, review and approve Earned Value report, analyze trends and prepare forecasts, prepare reports and charts at intervals as defined by Corporate and Project Procedures and assess the impact of changes) Risk management and Change Control.

Efficiently interact with Clients, top-executives and other involved stakeholders to establish relationship and articulate project wide issues to achieve project goals.

In accordance to the complexity of the various projects and/or proposals, I was managing project control teams from a minimum of 3 to a maximum 8 engineers (planners, schedulers, cost controllers, document controllers and quantity surveyors).
