• Field Inspection and site supervision;
• Responsible for the design and plan execution of the project.
• Performing QA/QC works;
• Supervision of project construction team including foremen, mason,steel fixers, carpenters, and labors.
• Cost Estimating ( Roads and Building Projects), Estimate BOQ, record all operational matters, conduct;
• Prepare Shop Drawings using AutoCAD, Bar Bending schedule in excel format;
• Ensure proper coordination between contractors;
• Check Material Quality of every project;
• Estimate materials needed for every project.
• Conduct Surveying works using Level and Total stations;
• Engineering Assistant;
• Ensure all project safety inclusive of manpower;
• Schedule daily activities in site for manpower and equipment.
• Prepare survey data sheet using land development.
