  • Created Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), input project activities, determined activity durations, and logic relationships.
  • Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
  • Created milestones to identify the start of work including activities that required constraints.
  • Monitored and updated project progress on a routine basis against established scope, schedules and budgets
  • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
