Accountable to the Professional Services Manager: 

  • Manage multiple small and medium-sized projects concurrently from inception to completion 

  • Develop project management plans and work breakdown structures (WBS)  
  • Manage project scope through change control processes 
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations in relation to the delivery of the project plans 
  • Develop project schedules and consolidate into a master plan to track the overall progress and to identify interdependencies 
  • Manage a talented group of project engineers 
  • Create project management tools and templates including status reports and S-curves  
  • Identify lessons learned and participate in issues/risk management workshops 
  • Prepare quotes and contribute to the preparation of proposals and tender responses 
  • Manage the cost, quality and timeliness of third-party suppliers
