Program Scheduler, SA Health, Enterprise Patient Administration System (EPAS)
Founded on the principal of One Patient, One Record and Better Care, SA Health’s Enterprise Patient Administration System (EPAS) is an integrated enterprise wide system that provides a consistent and complete electronic health record for patients across South Australian public hospitals and health services. The implementation of EPAS is SA Health’s largest enabler of health reform by its scale and impact.
Accountable to the Program Manager:
Create and maintain the Master Schedule rollup by integrating a significant number (20 +) of related projects
Assist and coach Project Managers in the development of detailed project schedules in MS Project Professional
Oversee compliance by Project Managers to project scheduling standards
Create program status report to track progress of the EPAS Program and related projects
Financial planning, controlling, reporting and resource management in the context of scheduling
Ensure all program and project schedules are developed and maintained to the highest standards
Identify and report impending issues or problems in a timely manner and enact appropriate escalation processes if required to ensure project risks or threats are addressed in an appropriate way
Develop and implement quality improvement standards and management strategies
Contribute to developing the competency of Project Managers in developing and managing effective project schedules
