Business Systems Transformation will progressively deploy modern information systems across Housing SA’s business areas. This project will assess the current capabilities of existing technology, plan and propose system transformations required for future work, and explore how new technologies can increase the sustainability and organisational efficiency of technology supporting the Housing and Homelessness System.  

Accountable to the PMO Manager: 

 

  • Further develop and maintain Business Systems/Transformation scheduling framework  
  • Assist with the implementation of Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools   
  • Link Microsoft Project schedules to create Master Program Schedule 
  • Maintain Project to Project and Project to Program schedule links and dependencies   
  • Maintain the Master Schedule, resource pool and other artefacts/information required for schedule rollups  
  • Provide project support to Project Boards, Portfolio Management, Program Management and Project Managers  
  • Provide support and guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques
