  • Develop and maintain the overarching portfolio schedule using MS Project
  • Maintain an integrated master schedule for all projects and operational activities for IT
  • Critical path analysis, identify problem areas, and establish current position and forecasting trends
  • Maintain resource library and central resource pool
  • Monitoring actual progress, compare baselines and report progress against schedule
  • Analyse and report on productivity and trends to stakeholders, senior management and project team members
  • Forecast impacts on schedule of proposed changes
  • Provide expertise in prioritisation of plans, schedules and evaluate accuracy of resource plan
  • Interface with finance and SAP knowledge
  • Updating company scheduling standards/procedures and educate/train project managers in their use
  • Provide resource management by levelling resources allocations across the portfolio
  • Lead schedule reviews to review work and associated resource requirements from projects
  • Identify resourcing constraints across the portfolio
