PMC Reporting role for a Program of six projects. Intergrated Infrastructure, Mine, Refinery, Smelter, Rolling mill (Can stock and Automotive)

Senior Planner Responsible for building, optimising, and implementation of multiple programmes in line with the NEC 3 Contractual requirements including design, procurement, construction, and acceptance. Implementation of a central planning service for the business unit including the development of junior planning staff in line with the Galliford Try Water Frameworks standard practises. Design and implementation of reporting systems such as ‘dashboards’ for project progress including design, procurement, construction, acceptance, and commercial performance.

Working within a large project controls team on the Sadara project Chem 1 Envelope.

·          Reporting on a monthly / bimonthly basis

Comparison of scheduling/cost planning software,

Advisory service regarding the choice of an

adequate scheduling/cost planning software,

Creation of a project structure plan (PSP),

Preparation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),

Establishment of an Master Project Schedule including

all Subprojects / Disciplines / Phases and fortnightly update,

Setup and update of a dedicated Tender Event Schedule

for all Tender Packages – Survey’s, Materials,

Engineering, Construction Works, Third Party Services,
