  • I built and managed through execution fully resourced schedules for the Fuel Route and Boiler areas on the 2009 and 2011 outages. These outage schedules where updated and reported on daily with activity durations down to the hour.

Prepare master/baseline schedule for the project & and review the schedule submitted in the bid and prepare the detailed baseline schedule (L1 to L4) during design and construction stages for the project.
