·        Developing and updating the contractual programme using Primavera.

·        Responsible for the Engineering & Procurement Deliverable registers in line with the master programme.

·        Resource & Cost loading in the programme.

·        Prepare the manpower histograms & cash flow forecast as per the resource and cost loaded programme.

·        Prepare & issue 2 week look ahead programme.

·        Attending the weekly progress meeting with the Client,main contractor and the sub-contractors.

·        Developing Progress Measurement Systems for top management.

·        Responsible for detailed Testing & Commissioning programme.

·        Responsible for the monthly & weekly dashboard reports to the senior management.

·        Responsible for conducting the internal weekly meetings and highlight the critical items to the project management.

·        Track & Monitor the Procurement process to meet the required-on site delivery dates as per the baseline Pogramme.

·        Prepare and discuss the recovery measures to be taken in case of any delay happened to the project.

      ·        Using delay analysis methods, Prepare & finalize the delay events to prepare the EOT claims submissions
