• Development and coordination with the customer TOR ( 4-th level), schedule, cost estimates

• Formation and approval with the customer to develop the concept of multi-level schedules, types of accounting documents and the process of visualization to control:

• Design documentation (account assignments by brand from a single artist) using Oracle Primavera

• Taking into account the development and financing of cash the customer with Oracle Primavera

• Control charts updating level 4 and collecting evidence from the subcontractors. Setting targets to the technical service for the automation block "schedule actualization level 4".

• Organization of the internal automated document on the project (in order to obtain timely baseline data required by the customer).

• The formalization of the processes for project management (statute, regulations, methods of calculation, procedures).

• Monitoring of the implementation of workers analyze timing, cost, resources, control of key events in the project, preparation of weekly and monthly management reports based on work schedules and open questions

• Preparation of materials for regular presentations of the top managers
