Planning ,Monitoring & Reporting :

  • Prepare the manpower histograms and progress s curve for the major activities.
  • Preparation and monitoring of detailed T&C schedule for the project.
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation of cost/time impact studies in variations.
  • Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules, major milestones have been met and report deficiencies to Construction Manager.
  • Advise the Construction Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken.
  • Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams
  • Probability of each risk occurrence and its impact on project objectives was identified.
  • Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development
  • Organise weekly meetings with the project team & specialists subcontractors
  • Monitor & track the labor productivity.
  • Monitor work progress & highlight variance (if any) to the project team
  • Attended weekly progress meetings with the stakeholders and prepared the minutes.
  • Preparation of daily, Weekly and Monthly report for Main Contractor as per their requirement.
  • Preparation of Progress ‘S’ curve planned vs. actual.
  • Compile and prepare monthly progress report of the project for submission to present the status, progress, problems encountered or anticipated covering all aspect of the project. This includes design, procurement, construction, quality, safety and project schedule.

 

Delay Claims Analysis & Preparation :

  • Preparation of Notification of Entitlement to an Interim Extension of Time and detailed Particulars.
  • Prepare the field design changes and Trend Notices and assess time impact, if any

 

Project Cost Control :

  • Measure project performance with the help of Earned Value Techniques ( CTC, CAC , BAC etc.,)
  • To control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
  • Preparation of Management review meeting presentation, which includes Area of concern, Material issues, resource requirements, further cost to complete, etc.
  • Monitoring & Control Cost incurred of Materials/equipment’s, overheads and Manpower against JCA provisions
  • Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish on time and on budget
  • Preparation and Monitoring of Cash Flow (In-flow & Out-flow) of the project.
