As a project planner, I have worked in the rail sector for Colas Rail, AECOM, HS2 and Siemens. In various departments such as project controls, signalling, track replacements, land purchasing, design, ground works, test & commissioning.

My most recent role in the rail sector was with Siemens as a T&C planner for Whitechapel and Woolwich & Arsenal Crossrail Stations 

 

I have worked as a construction planner for property development companies Berkeley Group and Ballymore, where i was overlooking a 90 acre site and 800 units respectively. During these roles, I was responsible for: developing construction programmes; managing the design & procurement schedule; analysing sub contractor tenders; assess delays & impacts and mitigate; manage resource numbers; foresee risks and opportunities; Liaise with sub contractors and highlight issues;  Reporting site output to the team and monthly dashboards to the board.

i am also an MEP planner working in building services on various projects such as commercial, residential, refurbishment and heritage buildings. I have been heavily involved with developing integrated programmes and producing mid level commissioning programmes considering risk factors and constraints within the building services sector. I have been involved in delay and claims analysis for several projects and have thoroughly enjoy this and my overall career.
