Experienced Civil Engineer with an extensive background over twenty five years including twelve years in New Zealand. Skilled in  asset management, stormwater drainage and roading, planning, contract management, contract administration, preparation of work plans and annual budget for roads construction and maintenance projects and construction of stormwater drainage canals and maintenance projects. Relevant tertiary qualification includes National Diploma in civil engineering (comparable to NZCE), holds the final examination in Civil Engineering Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (comparable to BE Degree in civil engineering in NZ) and Corporate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (Sri Lanka)
