Tasks (in a short time)
1- Fit priorities (WBS) identified by the execution and development strategy to meet start-up targets.
2- Preparing tender, Master and Baseline program up to level 6 in coordination with the S. staff.
3- Uploading the program with resources (man.hr.), cost (net amount), quantities and producing the S- Curves by excel.
4- Checking and implementing sub-contractors programs into the main program.
5- Revising, recovering and accelerating the program with logic links; also developing the programs.
6- Follow up the site activities, Engineering activities and design requirements.
7- Updating the program by many methods (by work, cost or duration) to identify critical activities.
8- Preparing the look ahead schedule in coordination with the P.M., also updating it.
9- Preparing Monthly reports, weekly reports & internal reports to the staff.
10- Applying indexes to measure progress, such as, EV, SPI, CPI.
Skills
1- Familiar with the site activities because I had worked as a site eng. for 6 years as u can note in my cv.
2- The ability to plan building's program (skeleton, MEP, Finishing & ID works), bridges, roads,infrastructure & industrial
construction (EPC).
3- Familiar with each option in planning's software (M.S., P3, P5 & P6) because I had learned from the electronically Manuals.
4-Claims Management: Scheduling claims (EOT) according to the FIDIC 99 (Clauses 1.9 and 20.1)
& evaluating of time Claims from other parties by scenario method and/or impact analysis, also
Gauge such impact on the resources of the various departments/disciplines.
5-Producing what-if analysis & risk probability plans.
6- leader: I can lead the schedule kick-off, progress meetings & the planning team even the seniors.
7- Active to the project:
- Support the project team when required and give appropriate planning's advice or Proposed
Corrective actions or to push the work.
- Follow up the engineering activities such as NCR, S.D. approval, RFI & procurement to ensure

8- Presentation:
- Preparing very good presentation for the client by "PowerPoint" program to explain our
Planning's Purposes.
- Support every program or update with a narrative report or methodology statements or method
Statement, phasing Diagrams and progress drawings, illustrating progress, delays and causes of
Delay, issues and risk.
9- Productivity rates: Aware of the productivity rates for manpower and equipments based on
Experience and I can adopt the productivity rate for the workers of the company.
10- Good style in writing formal letters.
11- I can work with large scale sub-contractors.
