Currently, working as Project control Manager for ASU , Refinery & Petrochemical projects, responsible for project schedule, progress monitoring, progress report, cost report & cash flow commitment graphs, budget forecasting based on updated progress, cost variance analysis, Green field & brown field project cost estimation, basis of estimate, management review package, MIS report.

Planning and scheduling: responsible for day to day planning activities including preparation of proposal schedules, progress tracking for all ongoing projects, weekly reporting to management & client, preparation & update of schedules, establishment & implementation of progress measurement system for progress monitoring purposes, monitoring of project performances using internal performance measurement tools, tracking cost runs for the project as per budgeted scopes.
