KEY COMPETENCIES

Planning and Scheduling Expert

·         Creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS).

·         Preparing schedules structured in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) which shall be capable of being sorted by area, discipline or contract package.

·         Assigning resources from resource pool to each project, analysing allocated resources to find /remove over allocations.

·         Preparing overall detailed Schedules from data submitted by others

·         Preparing Master Schedules incorporating all key milestones and engineering design, contracts and procurement tendering/award, material and equipment supply, construction and commissioning activities

·         Presenting Schedules at both summary milestone level (for Project Management overview) and at summary Area/Discipline working level (for use as basis for control of the overall project).

·         Providing executive plans, controlling project’s activities based on updating periods by collecting and entering actual data.

Earned Value Analysis

·         Calculating and Analysing Earned Value, Planed Value and Actual Cost for each project and activity, cost and schedule variances and estimating time, cost and resource quantity for remaining activities.

Primavera Knowledge

·         Maintaining the computer based schedule data in Primavera (P3 – P5 – P6) and Primavera troubleshooting

Risk Analysis and Pertmaster

·         Preparing risk registers, estimating uncertainties, mapping risks to activities and developing preliminary risk models

·         Running risk analysis in Pertmaster, Prepare Tornado charts, Criticality, Finish date Risk analysis reports

Reporting

·         Preparing and analysing a variety of schedule and resource reports in different levels

·         Monitoring project schedules and evaluating against the planned schedule on a continuing basis

·         Providing input to the Monthly Report and associated ancillary reports.

·         Preparing interim studies and analysis to keep Project Management and Project Team members aware of the status of the project or relevant sections of the project.

·         Project status update for project management and project team members

·         Providing Resource usage profiles and S-Curves, Variance Causes (VC) and Statistical reports.

·         Prepare tabular and schematic reports including “Cash Flow”
