·         Maintaining the computer based schedule data in Primavera (P3 – P5 – P6) and Primavera troubleshooting

 

Risk Analysis and Pertmaster

·         Preparing risk registers, estimating uncertainties, mapping risks to activities and developing preliminary risk models

·         Running risk analysis in Pertmaster, Prepare Tornado charts, Criticality, Finish date Risk analysis reports

 

Reporting

·         Preparing and analysing a variety of schedule and resource reports in different levels

·         Monitoring project schedules and evaluating against the planned schedule on a continuing basis

·         Providing input to the Monthly Report and associated ancillary reports.

·         Preparing interim studies and analysis to keep Project Management and Project Team members aware of the status of the project or relevant sections of the project.
