I am having 15 & 1/2 Years experience in the Construction of Multi Storeyed residential, Industrial Building, Commercial Buildings, Marine Structures and Road works. I am well conversant with sophisticated mechanized Heavy Civil Engineering Construction Projects involving multi tasking. Out of the total experience of 16years, 6 years, I was in the field work and remaining 10 years I have been working as a Planner. One Of the biggest Prestigious Project which I have worked is for Rolls Royce Industrial India ltd., England based (Multi National) Company in the construction of 800 crores 208 Mw gas based Power plant (combined cycle type).
I started my career In Project Planning & Cost Controlling with Project technologists Pvt Ltd., as a Jr. Planning Engineer for their 2 crores cost Ammonia Systems gas revamping project at Naively lignite Corporation in Tamilnadu. I have worked as a full-fledged Planning engineer for a Malaysian Organization named I.O.I (India) Projects Pvt. Ltd.,(Berhad Malaysia) For their One and Half year, 50 crores Gems & Jewellry project in Hyderabad (A.P).
I had started my overseas career as Planning Engineer in J&P (Joannou & Paraskevaides) (O) Ltd., Libya .for their various projects. I was in Tape Akfen Investment Construction & Operations (Dubai) –Tav Gulf, (a Turkey based Construction Company) for their ongoing 148m A.ED 52 storeyed skyscraper building in Sharjah (Majestic Tower), and for 1.2 Billion U.S.D New Doha International Airport (NDIA) Terminal building. With Ahmed Mansoor Al-A’ali BSc, Co., © of Bahrain for their Marine (ASRY Marine Slip way of 7.5Million B.D) and Road projects. Worked with Al-Naboodah Construction group of Dubai (U.A.E) for the Roads & Bridges (Infra structure project -1.85 billion AED) project for one year .Presently am working with Shapoorji & Pallonji Co. Libya for their AL Fatah Tower (100 million Euro) Project (32 storeyed Multi purpose Hotel cum office) Benghazi. since Nov-09.
