I have worked within most sectors of the built environment, currently working on an Oil & Gas projects. The project objectives were to deliver Topsides, Jackets & Bridges. I have also worked on Private housing, Retail outlets, commercial buildings, railways, airports, Events Industry such as the Olympics Games and commodity Infrastructure. I have managed main and sub contractors, designers and consultants, over the past 25 years. I am able to manage/programme the entire project lifecycle (concept to completion) designing and delivering processes. The types of project I have managed/programmed in the past are; Oil & Gas, Civil Engineering, Building, Mechanical & Electrical. Under different types of contracts or procurement strategies including EPCC, framework agreements, traditional JCT, and the new engineering contract (NEC3), construction management, management contracting and design & build. I have the ability to pay attention to detail while remaining focused globally. My analytical planning skills are second to none, together with earned value analysis, and general financial management skills of monitoring the budget. I like to set up the programme in order to protect my client’s financial position therefore, making it easy to carry out delays analyst and forensic planning exercises including “As Built” Collapse “As built”, “Window” Analysis and Time Impact Programmes. I aspire to move into BIM analysis and forensic planning, and to carry out claims as an expert witness.
