Guy is a proven, respected, and experienced leader that possesses an expert understanding of the entire process of what it takes to deliver power from concept to the very first megawatt. He commands teams from different parts of an organization, across many locations, and disciplines and rallies them together for the collective goal of meeting project demands on time and within budget. The organizational influence he achieves is not given, but innately realized by the instinctive and methodical way he approaches each and every situation. Guy’s extensive experience and knowledge in the field is bar none, with strict discipline instilled in formative years as a member of the United States Naval Nuclear Program.

Building on strong organizational, technical, and structured foundation, Guy obtained further experience and keen business acumen by working at such companies as Bechtel, Dow chemical, and Calpine Corporation. In 2006, Guy co-founded infinitrac, Inc. to provide practical and effective solutions to the Enterprise Resource Planning, Document and Project Management software sectors. His industry prowess naturally drove demand for his leadership and result oriented style, leading to co-founding Vox Planning Inc. (Vox) in 2009, as a conduit to deliver expertise to the Capital Project sector. Top industry names that have sought out their services, and where they have proven invaluable include such big names as ARB, AES, TransCanada, PG&E, and others. Through his industry involvement Guy fostered relationships with those who share his renewable energy vision and also in 2009, co-founded Solar Tower Technologies (STT), based in Starnberg, Germany.

A background including Transportation, Petro-Chemical, Nuclear, Energy, Renewable and Technology projects, with responsibilities progressing from craft labor through Project Controls and Management into Executive Management gives Guy a unique perspective and vision. These well rounded skills allow him to be an excellent teacher and mentor in projects large or small, short or long term. As a firm negotiator and strong communicator, Guy focuses on creating lasting relationships while delivering best in class solutions.

Currently, Guy spends much of his time providing support to Vox clients, primarily in the energy sector. Key clients include; TransCanada; “Owner” organisations such as NRG, AES, SunPower and PG&E where Vox provides critical Project Management and Control services; and Engineering, Procurement and Contracting entities that rely upon the team for services ranging from project development support, through initiation and setup, into completion, including impact assessment and claim development/defense. Vox currently provides support throughout the Americas (Canada, US and Mexico, Dominican Republic, Chile), Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Guy remains involved in the development and operations of infinitrac, providing technology solutions to clients primarily involved as Owners, or in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the energy projects.

Guy is currently a member of “ISO/TC 258 Project, programme and portfolio management” technical committee, providing expert support in the development of ISO Standards, and currently US lead for development of Project, programme and portfolio governance standard.
