Summary

Mark has a truly unique background for any Scheduler I’ve ever met. He has 15 years working for the Texas Department of Transportation, designing, inspecting and constructing roads and bridges. He’s created and maintained Critical Path schedules for US Contractors to International Contractors in the Caribbean. His Resource Loaded Schedules and Time Impact Analysis were critical in a Contractor’s success, winning of a $36 million dollar claim. He also successfully protected the Owner against 100s of claims in Florida. Mark has the critical thinking skills necessary that allowed him to maintain multiple schedules for the Construction Manager’s Master Schedule of $6 billion, 5 year airport expansion project producing Earned Value, Manpower Histograms and Cost Curves reports for the Owner.

 Mark took working without supervision to the extreme, when he single handedly captaining his own boat from Florida thru the Caribbean. He is a valuable member to have on any company’s team, and can be eloquent and persuasive even in difficult situations.Mark enjoys mentoring and training young engineers, having supervised teams of schedulers on multiple projects, sharing his 23 years of Scheduling and Project Management experience.
