Elaborate master plan (base line) of the project, detailing activities up to level 4 of the work breakdown structure.
Maintain schedule to report progress, forecast trends, work progress and completion.
Elaborate project control sheets and mile markers for the progress measurement of the project.
Elaborate a 40 days Schedule, in such detail that allows proper control of the activities to be performed during shut down of plant.
Project control using daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Update project schedule previously approved by the owner. Schedule on MS Project.
Elaborate critical path analysis of the project; elaborate floats analysis; evaluate impacts and delays of the project; re-schedule activities of the project.
