p6 _ Resource Assignments

Hi,

I have a question about applying the Actual on Primavera p6. like you see in the picture below, i made an export from resource assignments to excel :

  and i want to use this spreadsheet to implement the actual unit per day and Re-Import it to primavera p6. is there any solution for this? can i enter the actual in this excel file and import it to p6 ? Best regards,
