August, 2016 - Prepare a baseline program for the project as per scope of work.
- Report to Project Control Manager and assist him in project management tasks.
- Prepare and monitor resource loaded P6 schedules for contract management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports for executives.
- Responsible for reports showing overall progress (S-curve analysis) based on each resource.
- Compare achieved progress against the baseline and adapted (revised) schedule.
- Maintain the procedures and deliverables associated with planning activities.
- Evaluate variation requests assigned by the PCM.
